The Dream Team is composed of dedicated individuals who actively serve God by serving His people. They are the friendly faces you encounter in various roles, from parking and greeting to serving our guests and children. Additionally, many devoted team members work behind the scenes to ensure our services run smoothly.

Purpose of Serving  

We believe every Jesus-follower should be "on mission" — actively serving, giving, and participating in ministry. Everyone is a part of making CITY Church a place where others find the life they were made for. It’s our honor to make a place for someone else. 

Every team member – from kids to coffee to greeting to computers – carries a piece that matters! There is nothing better than being a part of someone meeting Jesus for the first time.

Team Descriptions

Welcome Center Team

The Welcome Center serves as the information hub at City Church. Our team members specialize in first-time guest care, are knowledgeable about events, and are available after both worship experiences to offer resources and answer questions.

Parking Team 

It is the responsibility of the Parking Team to serve as the frontline of City Church and make sure that people encounter authentic welcome expressions when they arrive on our grounds. We are excited and filled with joy each time we see a person driving up to worship with our family, and we express that excitement and joy in the way we greet them.

Greeters

Our Greeter Team's goal is to make people feel like family from the moment they arrive. They welcome guests, assist with navigating the facility, provide resources, and answer questions.

Hospitality Team

Our Cafe Team is ready to serve you hot coffee, bagels, pastries, and a smile! The cafe is open before and after worship experiences.

Production Team 

Our Production Team works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that Sunday morning worship experiences run smoothly, handling sound, lighting, and computer operations both in-person and online.

Worship Team

Our Worship Team utilizes their God-given talents to create an atmosphere that allows individuals to encounter God’s presence during each worship experience. Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through music and other technical roles, such as audio/visual support, instrumentalists, vocalists and stage design/setup.

Prayer Team 

The purpose of the Prayer Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and members of City Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the Pastor by praying for our guests and members either in the middle of worship or at the end of a gathering; and those who desire inviting them to take the next steps in salvation.

CityKidz Leaders  

Managed by Michelle Sentovich, CityKidz is our preschool and elementary ministry at City Church. Our leaders are energetic and loving, dedicated to nurturing children's hearts.

Creative Team

The Creative Team is responsible for producing photo and video content for social media, including images and reels featured on our platforms. Team members must have some social media and camera experience and be 18 years of age or older.

Events Team

Our Events Team specializes in designing and executing high-quality decor and setups for church gatherings, First Sunday Luncheons, and special holidays. From creative themes to detailed decorations, we ensure every event reflects the spirit and values of our church community.
